Fund manager

Broadland District Council

  • Over 50% of the homes in Norfolk which are currently held up due to nutrient neutrality are in the Broadland district. Broadland District Council is therefore leading this project as the fund administrator.

  • This is the result from a successful bid for nutrient neutrality support, to the government by Broadland District Council, on behalf of Norfolk authorities.

Seeking

Nutrient mitigation projects

  • We are primarily interested in sizeable and permanent solutions, which can be secured for at least 80 years. This reflects the anticipated lifespan and impact of the homes.

  • The focus is on solutions that will provide phosphorus and nitrogen mitigation.

  • Temporary or bridging solutions will also be considered.
