Fund manager
Over 50% of the homes in Norfolk which are currently held up due to nutrient neutrality are in the Broadland district. Broadland District Council is therefore leading this project as the fund administrator.
This is the result from a successful bid for nutrient neutrality support, to the government by Broadland District Council, on behalf of Norfolk authorities.
Seeking
We are primarily interested in sizeable and permanent solutions, which can be secured for at least 80 years. This reflects the anticipated lifespan and impact of the homes.
The focus is on solutions that will provide phosphorus and nitrogen mitigation.
Temporary or bridging solutions will also be considered.
